ClearBridge Advisors, LLC

ClearBridge Advisors, LLC was introduced by Legg Mason, Inc. in early 2006, several months after Legg Mason acquired Citigroup Asset Management. With Citigroup AM's U.S. Equity Group serving as the foundation of the organization, ClearBridge's seasoned investment professionals focus exclusively on managing equities across all market capitalizations and a variety of investing styles. As one of Legg Mason's asset management "centers of excellence," ClearBridge operates with investment independence – maintaining its own investment strategies, philosophies and investment decision-making authority. ClearBridge manages more than $100 billion in assets for individual and institutional investors in 75 countries across the globe, as of December 31, 2006.
